Getting started

What is KinNotice?

KinNotice is a care documentation and coordination platform designed for individual caregivers, direct support professionals and care organizations. Its experience brings together daily observations, useful context, scheduling and appropriate team communication.

Who is KinNotice for?

The product is being designed for parents, foster and kinship caregivers, adults supporting aging loved ones, disability caregivers, direct support professionals, adult day programs, HCBS and I/DD providers, respite organizations and other care teams.

Is KinNotice fully launched?

KinNotice is currently welcoming caregiver early-access inquiries and organization pilot conversations. Ask our team about access and which workflows best fit your setting.

Can I use KinNotice with more than one care recipient?

The KinNotice approach uses separate care-recipient profiles and role-appropriate access, helping caregivers organize multiple people's information without mixing records.

For organizations

How does KinNotice help direct support professionals?

The intended experience uses standardized care categories and selectable tags, short contextual notes, actual occurrence times and relevant follow-up prompts to make documentation clearer with less repetitive writing.

Can supervisors review staff documentation?

The organization experience is designed around authorized supervisor review of documentation within assigned programs and recipients, with attributable history and role-appropriate access.

Can each program configure what staff document?

KinNotice is designed to support organization-specific categories, tags, follow-up prompts and program-level documentation expectations, while preserving appropriate permissions.

Does KinNotice support session tracking?

KinNotice's approach to session documentation distinguishes scheduled appointments from actual service start and end times, relevant goals and recorded outcomes. Contact us to discuss availability for your setting.

Can families receive updates from providers?

Family Connection is designed around private, permission-controlled communication, curated care updates and appropriate summaries—not unrestricted access to raw staff notes.

Does KinNotice replace our EHR, eMAR, billing, clinical or required incident-reporting system?

No. KinNotice is not represented as a replacement for certified EHRs, electronic medication administration records, clinical judgment, payer billing systems or mandatory incident reporting.

How much does KinNotice cost for organizations?

Organization pricing and pilot arrangements can be discussed through our early-access inquiry form. Share your program type, team size and key documentation needs.

Features & trust

Can KinNotice identify behavior patterns?

KinNotice is designed to help caregivers review descriptive patterns from documented observations, such as behavior, routines and environmental context. It does not provide diagnoses or prove causes.

Is there AI voice logging?

KinNotice's voice-note approach focuses on caregiver review: a spoken observation can be transcribed and organized into suggested categories, with the caregiver responsible for confirming accuracy.

Can I generate PDF or CSV reports?

KinNotice's reporting approach includes care summaries and structured exports with appropriate filters and permissions. Contact our team to discuss which report workflows are available for your use case.

Does KinNotice handle medications?

Medication-related care documentation is part of the KinNotice approach. It is not intended for prescribing or as a replacement for a certified electronic medication administration record (eMAR).

How is private care information protected?

The KinNotice design emphasizes individual user access, assignment-aware permissions, careful sharing and record history. Organizations should evaluate any software against their own privacy, security and compliance requirements.

Can I participate in development?

Yes. Family caregivers and organizations can join the early-access interest list, describe current documentation challenges and request a pilot conversation.
